Sun Spark #78: Burn away fear, shame and guilt to blaze brighter.🔥

Fear. Shame. Guilt. They all be thanked fully and then into the Fire to transmute…

Fear.

Shame.

Guilt.

They were never your enemies.

They were your first protectors.

They stepped in when safety felt scarce, when love felt conditional or maybe when your light felt too big for the room.

But now?

🔥 It’s time.

To give a deep bow to these teachers… and transmute them.

Not with force but with full heart gratitude. 

One of my favorite ceremonies is a Temazcal for cleansing, purifying and being “reborn” out of the womb of the earth.

Thank the fear, shame and guilt for what they taught.

Honor the role they played.

And then feed them to the fire.

Because your next radiant chapter?

It doesn’t need armor.
It needs your essence.
It needs your full blazing sun.
