Some crappy ideas are brilliant
Half of your ideas might be brilliant.
Half of them might be crappy.
The problem is, you don’t always know which are which…
That’s why the first response matters so much.
If every new idea gets met with a harsh “realism,” your big ideas are flushed before they even have a chance to flourish.
Maybe you need a new rule before any idea is poo poo’d.
