Values for families?
Businesses have values.
Why not families?

One afternoon, our family sat down in the living room with a stack of sticky notes and asked a simple question.
“What would a Silver do?”
After discussion and debate, we created 13 Silver Keys.
Each week at Sunday dinner we revisited a different one and shared stories from the week.
It definitely wasn’t perfect, and sometimes the kids would boycott, but it was intentional.
And many of them have stuck even as they got older.
Values are not posters on a wall – but living trailmarkers.
What would your family’s version be?
