You have to realize it doesn’t need to be all or none. There are levels to this.
Level I is a compelling idea against the norm. I would say, “Business as usual isn’t working,” and that would get entrepreneurs interested.
Level II goes deeper. You drop more clues to what you’re really talking about. I might drop in the idea of, “Bloom where you are planet(ed).” Can you see how that’s already a bit “weirder?”
This is more intriguing for those with eyes to see and ears to hear more of the nuance I’m sharing.
Level III is sharing the full picture. This is where some people fully get you and others don’t at all. It’s a full frequency match or not. In some instances I would reveal even more about the Great Year and soul groups incarnating together.
Here’s the thing: you don’t need everyone to understand you.
And you also don’t need to come in full-on weirdo in every single situation. You can calibrate and turn the dial based on your audience.
You can encode hints and layers into what you share and then see who is ready for more.
I’ve even done presentations and speeches where I let the audience opt-in into their Weird.
