Try this:
Take a few forceful breaths. Make a sound like a “whoosh!”
Visualize any stuck energy and allow it to connect into the mycelium network under your feet. Let it unravel, thread by thread, into the soil. Let the Earth do her cosmic recycling.
Ask for it to be done with an open heart and highest benefit of it. Allow the feelings of peace and well-being to spread up from your feet to every cell of your body.
I’d also recommend barefoot on the Earth and repeat, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
Let’s call this Cosmic Composting.
