You get to decide, each and every day, how you will live.
One of my buddies many years ago called me and said, “You cannot do this HALO skydive – you have kids!”
For background; A HALO skydive stands for High-altitude, Low-opening.
The next time you’re on a commercial airplane, just look out the window at cruising altitude of 30,000 feet and imagine jumping. You need an oxygen mask in order to not get the bends and breathe pure oxygen for 45 minutes until you can jump. This is a military maneuver so that the airplanes inserting troops would only show up as regular flights.
So yeah, not quite your regular skydive… 😉
I told him I want my kids to see me living my life fully. Because…

If you’re alive that means your work here isn’t done as author, Richard Bach, used to say. So how are you showing up?
You get to control that part.
Today’s Sun Spark is simple:
Stop trying to control the ending.
Start dancing in the middle.

P.S. What’s one small way you can live even more boldly and louder today?
