Set your timer and give this a try…
This idea was inspired by meeting Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love, in a green room, before we were both speaking at my friend Gio’s event in Toronto.
As we were hanging out, somehow we got on the subject of journaling. So we both did a little “show and tell.” She loved my pen set and the Cosmic Journal.
On the right-hand side of the Sun Spark, you can see what Liz showed me, and then here’s how I expanded it into a “G bomb”…

Anytime I need a complete mood reboot I do this.
Set a timer for 8 minutes and just start listing things you’re truly grateful for.
Specific things.
Small things. Big things. Unexpected things.
Don’t stop until the timer runs down.
I promise you cannot complete a page like this without a significant shift occurring.
