When I did a 4-day and 4-night darkness retreat for my 50th birthday, one very poignant truth emerged…

Simple, right?
But maybe not.
When we see so much fighting and angst in the world – it feels so frenetic.
It comes from a place of wanting change but when we fight against something that only creates a fight back.
Instead consider, “What are you for?”

These are not negotiable.
